Who can benefit from working with creativity in therapy
KreaTherapy can be beneficial if you would like to work with self-development as well as:
- relational problems
- identity problems
- identity problems as a result of a multicultural upbringing (TCI*)
- adjustment/integration problems in school, at work or in the family
- integration problems in a new country
- difficulty coping with sudden changes in life
- lack of joy in your life
- trauma
- shame
It is important to have a good connection with the therapist you choose, to feel comfortable and safe. I therefore invite you to contact me for an initial non obligatory conversation about your situation and to answer any questions you may have.
As a supplement
KreaTherapy can be a good supplement to more traditional therapies.
Children and adolescents
KreaTherapy is especially well suited to work with children and adolescents where a non-confrontational and safe method with less focus on the verbal may be preferred.
KreaTherapy respects general ethical standards of the trade, including strict confidentiality.
*Third culture kid (TCK) or third culture individual (TCI) are terms used to refer to children raised in a culture other than their parents’ (or the culture of the country given on the child’s passport, where they are legally considered native) for a significant part of their early development years.
